Hi friends,

How do I find out where my foreign fiance will go for his interview? He lives in Mexico, in the very southern peninsula of Yucatan (near Merida).

Does anyone know what places he will have to travel to? Merida has a U.S. consulate. I'm not sure if that helps.

Hi everyone,

How do I know where we both go for our final interview (for k1 visa)?

My fiance lives in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico and I am in Tampa, Florida, USA. Does anyone know anything about this?

I do ! Haha I'm actually just wondering where I go. I know he goes to Juarez, but I don't know about Florida.

HIs state of residence in the US has no bearing on the site of the K1 interview.

The USC petitioner typically does not have an interview. The alien fiance(e) beneficiary has a visa interview at the designated US embassy/consulate in their country, and in this case, it sounds like Ciudad Juarez.

The petitioner does does not have an interview for the k1.

All you do is send the petition and once that's approved the rest is all down to the beneficiary.
