i have my lawyers handling my documents for me.

I can sign into CEAC , All the fees appears paid. but the form shows incomplete because i mistakenly clicked on start

anyway my lawyers have had the form submitted, as am told but i don't know if it was sent as a mail or via courier

problem is this has taken too long and am abit worried cause the form has stayed incomplete for almost 3months now, although i gave them all the info on march the 10th to fill out the form

how long does this process take

whats the number to call NVC to find out whats happening

NVC 1-603-334-0700 this is the number 7am to 12 midnight Monday through Friday its hard to get through I finally got through on a Friday night at 10 pm, you will also need information like your case number and a few other things they will ask before discussing anything with you so have your paper work ready
