Hello,

I am getting ready to fill out my I-129f and I have a few questions regarding my fiancee's child:

- Do we need to submit pictures of the child with the i-129f application?

- Do we need to translate to English his birth certificate?

- On the form, I see that there is a place to put his information but do we need to submit any other forms or documents for him?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

The only thing you need on the I-129F regarding your fiancée's child is his name. Simply write his name on the form where it asks and that is it.

Further information will be needed when a K-2 visa is applied for the child at the embassy stage of the process.

Also, it is showing you are filing for CR-1. To be clear, are you filing for K-1 or CR-1?
