I was interviews last March 19, 2015..I was asked to submit a lacking document. The releasing officer told me that he is gona email the instructions on how I can submit the said document. Until now I haven't any email. I've also called their hotline but the agent's answer is that my concern has been escalated to post. I have emailed them also but got no reply. I've been calling them everyday,but still got the same reply. Is their any other way wherein I can contact them,another phone number perhaps? Can I just go to the 2go office and mail the document they needed and just made a letter that there was no letter of instruction given to me. I don't know what to do

Again, we need more information. Which county are you talking about, and what kind of information? Some will require another interview....

Dont mail nothing until you get the instructions letter

You cannot get an answer because some embassy are different

in rules, no one here can try to answer correctly without you saying

what embassy & what you were asked to present
