Dear All

i have paid the AOS and IV fees, filled all forms DS261 and DS260.

MY case number is AMM2013XXXXXXX, As in Amman Jordan

i have requested to have the interview location in Riyadh Saudi arabia and now i am unable to access my NVC account, except on only one site and it is giving me now a different case number which starts with RID2015XXXXXXXXXX

What does this mean? do i have to wait till 2015??? if yes, can i return back to my old case Number?

Please help i am dying :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

I do not think it would affect your priority number, the only thing that i know affects priority date are when cases at USCIS are upgraded and the processing times are different for F2A and IR. For instance my Priority date is 24th September, my case was approved in December 2013 and got to NVC in Jan 2014. My case number starts with LGS2014**** , which is when it got there. When you change embassies and cases gets reassigned, i think they need to change the Consulate code and relate it to the day it was assigned. Different consulates different case number. IMO this is what i think, someonelse who knows more can correct me.
