I posted this earlier in the AOS filing thread for October but did not get any feedback, so I will ask the question again here.

It has been almost 5 months since we sent our AOS petition. We received the EAD/AP in January.

No updates yet regarding AOS. I see a lot of October filers have received a letter for the potential

interview waiver after about 3-4 months. Anyway of knowing if we will get an interview vs a waiver

at this point in time, based on the filing time frame? I know no one has a crystal ball; just wondering

if there is any correlation between time filed and potential interview letter.
