60 days waiting period at NVC

hello, my aos and iv package arrived at the NVC March 12.. Who among you here is in this part? Is it really 60 days waiting? or is anyone got approve before 60 days? i know i have to be patient but waiting really drives me nuts and also scared if i might get an rfe or not.. lol.. thank u for the input

Petition for parents I-130
11/27/2014- I-130 package sent
12/01/2014- NOA1 received
01/28 /2014- NOA2 petition approved
02/26/2015- called NVC and got the case number and Invoice number paid 120$ aos fee
02/27/2015- aos fee shows paid
3/06/2015- aos and supporting docs sent..
3/12/2015- USPS tracking shows delivered(delayed) supposed to be delivered 3/9
3/12/2015- NVC received packet-SCANNED

3/23/2015- sent new forms of corrected aos,,

3/24/2015- SCANNED

3/24/2015- IV invoiced and in process

3/26/2015- IV shows PAID

3/27/2015- DS 260 sent

4/16/2015- case complete

4/23/2015- received email of complete case.

4/27/2015- interview sched received

5/21/2015- medical passed

06/04/2015- interview date passed

so far for our petition it took them 60 days before we heard back from the NVC. If they send you a checklist, it is another 60 days for them to review the document and when you hear back from them :( - Not sure about the rest here but for our case it is.

People are definitely getting reviewed in less than 60 days now. They were very backed up for a while but making good progress now.

Yes they should send you an email & the scan date would be the date on the email that the Nvc says they received your documents. (Not the date of the email itself)

Yeah the scans dates cc's thread is my favorite...it gives us hope! Especially when we see the time to review documents becoming shorter and shorter!! ??

thats good to hear. Im going to wait for this email then. i called the NVC yesterday to confirm that they received my aos and iv package and they did and they updated my email address too just yesterday. So hopefully i will hear from them soon
