Alien Number - Please Help

Hello,

I am preparing our AOS as early as now so we can submit it right after the wedding.

I tried browsing this forum on how to get the Alien Number. I checked the approval sent to me by USA Embassy in Vancouver, it has two alien numbers on it.

One is on page one - A-0*******, which is information under the Petitioner. The other one is on the second page, A-2******, which is information about the alien fiancee.

My brain is telling me, it should be the A-2******. But one of the threads here says the A-0.

Any help from my fellow Canadians, who recently submitted their AOS is very much appreciated.

Should be the alien fiancee number, a2.... The other is the petitioner. Was your fiance not born in the USA?

Also your visa should have your a# on it.
