Medicals and Interview Dates

I am new here so please excuse me if these questions have been asked before:

1. When the NVC completes a case, do they set up an appointment date with your local Consulate? Does the NVC email you the letter?

2. If something goes wrong at the medical test and you need to be treated for anything, can the appointment date for your interview be rescheduled or do you still go to your interview? What happens then?

Each consulate is diferent, so you need follow the instructions for your consulate.

When there is something wrong with medical exam, you go to the interview and they will put in administrative processing until the treament end.

Yes when you get Case Complete you then will wait for interview scheduling. You do your own medical appointment many places take walking go to your countries portal page for doctors you can see.

If something is wrong you will be advised of your next steps or denied depends on what the medical failure is about.
