I see a lot of lists out there saying what forms are required but I have noticed an issue that might throw a few screws in the works. Most lists say send a form G-325A along with your packet. Great except there is a problem with that form. All the forms are expired as of 2/28/2015 !! Including the forms on this site. Soooo anyone care to say where to get the new version of the form and If its even required? Thanks for any Input :)

The only form that has expired is the G-325A form. USCIS states the following regarding that form:

Edition Date

02/07/13. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 02/07/13 edition or other previous editions.

If you read the instructions on the website, it states for the G-325A:

"Edition Date: 02/07/13. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 02/07/13 edition or other previous editions."

You can use the old form.
