Hi All,

I was wondering if I can apply for 400-N 90days before my 5 year anniversary. I recame a resident in May 2010. I was wondering if I can apply now in March with the 90 day window or do I have to wait until May 2015?

Thanks,

Use the early filing calculator to calculate the day you can mail your application:

You also have to meet the requirements described here:

Calculate the days very precisely because they may return your application if it comes even one day earlier than your eligibility date. Other than that, you can apply now in March.
