She does not want to end the contract early for many reasons, including but not limited to the fee and complications and risks associated with processing there. Plus the Saudis would take their sweet time processing everything.

What we're starting to do is just get everything we can ready what we'll need for submitting the packet as soon as she gets back to the Philippines at the end of November since she can travel freely and get wherever she needs to go for whatever she needs.

To clear things up, we met in person already. I spent pretty much all of January with her.

I think what you mentioned may be the best option which is simply going home after her contract expires and doing it there.

but fyi, it's actually "easier" in Saudi. there's less requirements to be done (so to speak) not to mention everything is electronic due to their unreliable mail system

the only thing that is rough there is getting around/etc and the contract fee.. but despite that.. i think saudi is easier than philippines

whatever route you choose, good luck! one thing i hope you two have talked about is what the hell will she be doing in the philippines once she goes back home in Nov.. you're still looking at at least 3-4+ months for the visa process and that's praying everything goes smooth (no rfe's, etc etc)
