Hey everyone


If the petitioner(Spouse) is unemployed and has no income and never filed tax return, then on the form I-864 what to put on

Part 6. 6a through 17 , while a Joint Sponsor will submit I-864 and is able to meet the poverty guide line alone ?

Timeline

Well, #6a -9c would be left blank. They are not including household member incomes. #10 would be $0, their current income. #11-13 would not be checked. #13a - 13c would be left blank. Above those write, "Did not file- income too low - see attachment" Include the required statement to explain why they were not legally required to file taxes the last 3 years. #14 is left unchecked. Part 6 ends there. There are none numbered 15 - 17.
