I am filing for a K-1 & K-2 visa for my fiancé

I-129F line 14 ask for former petiitons , I married a pinay in usa years ago and I don't know her alien number and have no idea how to find that number , all I remember is the wedding date and not the filing date, can I leave that box blank?

I also petitioned successfully her 3 children as a step father , is there a box I have to supply that information in on the I-129F?

If you do know the information then you have no choice but to leave those boxes blank. If you want to list the children you can attach a 2nd sheet of paper and notate it back to the question it relates to.

You may have to file a waiver request form being you have petitioned before.
