HELLO,

I AM PREPARING TO SUBMIT ALL DOCUMENTS FOR THE IV PACKAGE, I WAS WONDERING I FMY WIFE COULD SCAN HER ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS (POLICE REPORT, PASSPORT COPY ETC) SEND IT TO ME VIA EMAIL FOR ME TO PRINT IT AND SEND IT IN THE PACKAGE. OR DOES SHE HAVE TO SEND ME CERTIFIED COPIES.

ON THE NVC WEBSITE IT STATES THAT COPIES CAN BE SENT NOW AND ORIGINALS AND CERTIFIED COPIES ARE DUE AT THE INTERVIEW.

ANY CLARIFICATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

THANKS A LOT!

SENAID

Just photocopies are sufficient for NVC...take the originals to the interview

Thank you for answering, does the copy need to be certified or can it be just a straight copy. So she can scan the copies and to me via email she doesn't have to send the copies by post?

thank you again

just plain photocopy...no need to be certified...yes, she can email you and you can print it.

Only form I-864 needs to be original with your signature on it.
