Hi everyone,

I am looking into a job but i am currently pending. I know my eligibility to stay here was extended for a year while i am pending but am i able to work? I want to start a new job but i am not sure how i would show them i am eligible to work in the U.S document wise, and if pending would put them off employing me. Just wondering if anyone had a similar situation.

Lots of people work while ROC is pending. If it is a problem for the employer, you can always get an I-551 stamp in your passport to assure them of your status.

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
