Dear all , I am bit confused here, I am trying to fill form of readiness and it asks case number , Which number I should add ? Starting from LDN ? Or petition one starting from SRC? Secondly planned wedding date it should be booked with registrar office or the one we are planning ? Plz guide me Thanks

Use your LND number now because you are not with USCIS (petition) anymore. Embassy and visas are the Dept of State.

If you have a date when you hope to marry, then tell them. They will try to schedule with your date in mind if possible. If you want to marry in April and somebody else says June, they will put you earlier, knowing the other person has plenty of time. If you say too soon like Mar 1, then they would be too booked up to help. You don't have to have anything in writing to prove the date. It helps them plan the schedule.
