Question 19 fiances child question

Timeline

When filling out the portion about my fiances child two questions above it asks country of birth (question 17)

question 19 a asks for street name and number

19b-

19c- city

19d- state zip

etc...

Are these questions in regards to where she was born or current information for the child.

meaning do i put the hospitals city state etc, or do i put the address that her and her mother live at now

Thanks, and addreses there can be pretty confusing since they really dont hvae ones the way we do. I put it in exactly as she has told me to but it just doesn't feel right....Would we get denied if it was not exactly correct?
