Affidavit of Support I-864 Withdrawal

I am a US Citzen and victim of false DV claim after divorce was filed.. The AOS of my spouse is still pending(filed in Jan,2015). I heard that one cannot withdraw I-864 once it is filed but I read somewhere else that I-864 can be withdrawn by writing to USCIS a notarized withdrawal letter or going to local office after making infopass appointment. Can someone share their experience on this ?

As long as the green card has not yet been approved, then you can withdraw your I-864. Send a notarized letter to the service center that is processing the case. You can also take a duplicate of that letter to an infopass appointment too.
