I'm currently filling out the n-400 for my wife. My question is in part 9,question 8 and so forth, are they wanting to know the info about my former marriages? Do I sign at the end since I'm filling this out for my wife?

Your wife signs part 12, you sign part 13 if indeed you're doing it for her. If this is HER application they want to know about her former marriages; fill it out as if you are her. It's not your application, but rather hers :)

She was married in her native country, her former husband is deceased do I need to include this info?
