Hello,mY iv fees is giving me a sleeples nght,AOS paid on NOV 2014 it shows paid IV fees paid on 12.12.2014,send all doc to d nvc I ricive a letter telling me it will b review in 60days.my major concern is dis IV fees still nt updated to dis very moment still NOT PAID,my wife colld d nvc d lady say our case will b review on d 23 feb.2015,what d hell will a case b review wiout DS.260 filld online,she colld agin in 2 days after d lady say dat so much ppl still hv nt ricive there IV update on d payment portal...........going to other Visa J.memebers ppl I file up b4 hv ricive there iv update bt why mine is so difficult..........pls anybdy in d same mess?

If the DS-260 is available to file you can go ahead and fill it out and file it. NVC has been closed alot because of the bad weather and they are quite behind. Thats probably why they have pushed you to Fenb 23rd. So you just have to hang on. But keep checking the portal for your DS-260 availability to submit it. Get that in so you can get your case complete soonest.
