Did you get this checklist from the NVC? If so, they all apply.

All of things seem like what you would need to send in, is this part of the AOS packet? what stage are you at?

Thank you tim131 for your reply.

yes i have received this check list from NVC along with other requests.

My PD is 18 oct 2013.

Now i am in the stage of paying the AOS fees, still IV is not showing.

so i have to pay 120$.

* My only concern is that my wife is unemployed. she is a student studying abroad.

she has an uncle who can help us, does she need to be in USA at the time of filling the forms?

Can anyone advise on how to pay the fees online, do i need to wait for a check from NVC after filling the choice of agent?

I am at the same point in the process as you, however I am lucky enough for my spouse to have become a US citizen recently, however;

You pay the AOS bill from a US based account, I had one set up last time I went over so did it through that.

My wife is a student, so we are using a family friend to sponsor me, however they have to be a US resident e.g green card or US citizen.

No she doesn't need to be in the US, my wife is with me in Ireland we plan on just fedexing over all our docs to the NVC

Thank you for answering my questions, highly appreciated.

why do you have to send your documents by fedex? i thought the whole process is done online and uploaded online.

I am not sure if her uncle can sponsor me, as he already sponsored a family before.

is there a limit on the number of people he can sponsor?

You dont have to do it by fedex you can use any postal service. Only some people are eligble for the online processing, you can check here: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/submit/how-to-submit-documents-to-the-nvc.html

I would it depend on how much he earns, I dont know to be honest
