Need Help About NVC ds 260

Hello Guys need help again .i am USC i filed case for my wife its approved and tasfer to nvc they sent me case number and said pay fee

i paid fee filled up AOS but my question is who will fill ds 260 me or my wife if my wife she should complete it and send to nvc or i will do it ???

and what else i need sent to NVC marriage papaers and birth cer and police cer and what else

The DS260 is all about the applicant (your wife). She should fill it out as it is everything about her. She can send it to you and have you send it with the documents, if you want to do it that way, but she is the one who must answer the questions. NVC will tell you which documents you need to send, as some are country specific. Check the guides here on VJ, there are links to the NVC website where this information can be found.
