K1 AoS fee

My wife just moved here from Canada on a K1 VISA in January, we married 4 Feb. When completing the AoS are we required to pay any fee's ? I am AD Military. Also do I have to fill out an I-130 ?

Yes, $1070, no need for I-130. Read I-485 instructions.

Ok so we send a check for $1070 along with all the forms. That $1070 is for the I-485 fee and biometrics correct ?

Also when filling these forms does she need to put her maiden name or my last name on them ?

Correct. If youre married and plan on using husbands name, than file in your married name.
