First inquiry- thanks for any guidance and direction

re: petition for Russian Fiance -- what is best way to get her signed dated forms?

You MUST get original signatures from your Russian fiance on her G-325a forms. Email her the link to the form, if you want and she can fill in the information and add her signature to ALL 4 pages of the form (they all look the same). Then get her to send it back to you. You can also send her via email a standard letter for the intent to marry and then she can sign that as well and then it also in the post to you. If you have time to fill in everything for her on the G-325a forms then you can do this and send them to her snail mail and she signs and sends them back. But they mUST be signed by her. Sorry.

If you don't get original signatures on all four copies of the G-325A, you will receive an RFE, which will stall the progress of your case.

We got an RFE because we sent in photocopies of our G-325A's, instead of originals with original signatures.

You can write the letter of intent, and just have your fiance sign it.

Some consulates are flexible about interview dates .. but as a general rule no .. you go to the interview when they tell you to .. and yes .. always play by the rules
