PD 8 October 2013

My husband called nvc yesterday. They said he will receive a letter by the end of this month with further instructions and our case has been put forward to start processing ? very exciting and good news! Any idea generally how long it shud b til pd becomes current since they hav advised we can now pay? I am presuming this is a sign it will be very soon..

What about august and september 2013 filers???any updates? It seems like there not a lot?

Just got off the phone with an NVC agent, my priority date is 24th September 2013, she said my case is now been processed, that I should expect a letter for further instructions ending of this month or 1st week in March. Like you observed, most August fliers have immigrated to the USA, that is why I think the VB would advance more soonest. Good luck to us all.

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

At a guess i wud say by august latest December will be current. However, u just never know, its so so unpredictable. We r in shock that they hav started processing us (8/10/13), its fantastic news and positive news for all those waiting... Im hoping for big things from the April bulletin... I would say give nvc a call its worth a try or maybe wait til next month to call to be sure because it does take a while to get through. Good luck! Keep updating guys
