Is it possible for a petitioner to file a petition for more than one immigrant?

For example: Petition for parents then will also file petition for spouse?

Or Petition for spouse and siblings?

Since siblings petitioning would takes up to 15 years of waiting.

A petitioner can file as many petitions as he wants. There is no limit.
