How do I schedule a medical examination in lagos?

Just got my P4 and interview date, I am required to go for my medical examination here in lagos. I don't know how to go about this our which hospital to go to. Any ideas? Can anyone tell me how to go about this?

You don't schedule you just walk in to the Q-Life center. http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Nigeria&cty=Lagos here's the info page about the clinic.

You should go in morning its first come first serve cost about N30,000.

By the way when was your Case Complete and when is your interview date so you can be added to the spreadsheet?

Thanks man, but the clinic link you posted is not showing any clinic address. Would like to know exactly where to go in the morning to do the medical examination and what am I required to take along with me to the clinic? Your response is appreciated.
