I will hopefully be filing packet 3 after I receive it in the near future. Is it possible to deliver it by hand to USCIS in Bangkok? I delivered the I-130 by hand and it was well worth it because I made so many mistakes on the form, and the officer helped me correct them all. I dont want to hold up the process by making mistakes on my packet 3.

Thanks!
