If I schedule interview this march 2015 i still need to have my fiance 1040/ITR 2014?

.

Please update here if the USEM asks for your original I-134 at the interview. Perhaps the USEM could accept a copy or none at all in the future. But for now we continue to pay to have this only one original paper shipped from US to the PI.

While waiting for my turn for an interview, I heard one CO asked one girl to show her fiance's W2's and ITR...so it's probably safe to say that they asked for these on a case to case basis.

Hello guys! My fiance is preparing for the i-134 now. On the question #10.I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state "None".

He put my name then (filed and approved i-129f petition)/relationship/date submitted

On the "date submitted" he used the received date from the NOA1.

Is that ok? Or should we use the date we sent the i-129f package?

Thanks in advanced! :)

01-11-2015: Submitted I-129F petition

01-15-2015: USCIS received the package i-129f

01-21-2015: Received notification with receipt no.

01-27-2015: Received hard copy of NOA1

02-02-2015: Approved petition (yay!!! So fast)

02-06-2015: Received hard copy of NOA2

02-18-2015: Assigned MNL case #

03-03-2015: Received hard copy of NVC Letter

03-16-2015: Medical

I didn't list my current K1 Visa there.

I only listed my prior K1 VIsa applicants on question #10

I would put "None"

Not a big issue if he put your name there, not a big issue if he put none either, just as long as he has you listed in question # 3

I would put "None"

Question # 9 is for previous applicants. ;)

That date is fine. The received date IS the Priority Date (when creating your online profile it asks for this) BTW ;)

Hank i take a look again on my affidavit of support my fiance made a mistake on the "date submitted" item #10 on i-134 it should be 1/xx/2015 but it was 2/xx/2015 and same on the date he signed the i-134.. This is not a problem? Coz if he will send another one he will spend again $140 :(

Actually #10 can be left blank as you are listed in #3 ... so don't worry about it.
