OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

that is horrible, what an awful thing to do. I (heart) the immigration policy in this country! Sure glad they didn't let that slip into the country....meanwhile, there are criminals and rapists on the street. But sure have our priorities straight - good thing too....

1st K-1 Journey:

June 2005 - filed

October 2005 - visa interview

March 2006 - AOS packet mailed

DIVORCED

June 2007 - Interview

2008 - 10 year approval

07/28/07 - AOS paperwork mailed

07/30/07 - Received at lockbox

09/18/07 - Biometrics

10/15/07 - Transferred to CSC

01/09/08 - AOS approved w/o interivew

11/01/09 - Lift conditions

11/01/10 - interview to lift conditions/10-yr card

01/01/10 - 10 year approval

Dear Holy Father..that's wrong! I wonder what they'd do to someone with suturing on a fistula internally? Lay them on their backs in one of the rooms and go at it with a Swiss Army knife?

Begs the question: what the hell was an immigration officer doing examining the rectum of a British tourist anyway? If they'd asked to examine my rectum, I would have kicked them straight in the eye :D

...I hope he at least let one rip while Mr Immigration Man was down there *giggles evilly* I would have! Can't catch that on camera, can ya!

3/3/08 - Check cashed for ROC at CSC...

Feb 2009 - Called USCIS to see what the heck was goin' on...

FEB 20th 2009 - Received email - GC on the way!

I am APPROVED for the 10 year PR Card!
