Hi, My husband just came here on a K-3 visa. How do we get the temporary EAD stamp? Can we go to our local office? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

They won't stamp a temp EAD, you need to file for EAD using I-765. Only K-1 gets the stamp and only at very few POE do they do that and they may discontinue that at any time.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
