We paid the AOS fee over Christmas...

Now I don't know what to do....

Was going to send in financial documents, but I read I need a barcoded form to send then in by mail??

Am I missing a step or what am I doing or not doing???

Which visa type are you applying for?

1. ask Catherine to get on a PC and update the timeline at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=142694 , changing the consulate FROM Armenia to something else. [Montreal or Canada, two good examples]

2. ask Catherine to read over at

3. ask Catherine to read over at

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/529507-nvc-filers-january-2015/

then, report back, when able.

Thanks so much, and Thanks in advance !

[for this stage, please, not use a handphone or tablet - jack in a PC and study, study, study]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

CR-1/IR-1

Did you receive a welcome letter/first packet of instructions when your case arrived at NVC?

You should send all of your documents in now (both AOS and IV) as you've paid the AOS fee. Do not wait for the IV invoice to become available before sending those documents in. It's taking the NVC up to 60 days to invoice that fee once the DS-261 has been submitted.

There should be a cover sheet available in the first packet of instructions received from the NVC. If you didn't receive it (such as was the issue in our case), use the cover sheet for the AOS fee. It should be available on the CEAC website in the receipt section for your AOS fee. We included a cover letter also to explain what documents where in the package and that we were instructed to send in our IV documents with the AOS cover sheet by an NVC representative over the phone.

same thing happened to us. We thought we would get an email or some sort of notification. not the case for this step. After about a week, we went into the payment portal of the CEAC website, checked our status.. and it said paid. It then gave us an option below to print our barcoded sheet. We wasted a few days waiting & didn't have to.. so make sure you go look to see if your Status is paid.
