(pls pardon me for asking NVC questions in a non K1-NVC thread; I didn't know they were separated).

For K1's, do we need to send the Affidavit of Support, with supporting documents, to NVC or the embassy? And how will I know when to send what to where? I'd hate to lose several weeks in the process bc my Petition was incomplete and I didn't even know it...

I've researched this already on VJ; it may be posted already, but I couldn't find it. Thanks!

K1 filers will submit everything to the embassy upon interview..

It would seem to be touch and go in NVC. Then they forward it to the embassy.
