Everything was straightforward in my case. I arrived at 5am in anticipation of traffic because of Sinulog, fortunately there weren't any.

Registration at 8am. Follow Hanks website for information on requirements and such. http://visaconnection-philippines.com

They asked me to come back at 1pm for the seminar and the 1 on 1 counseling.

No problems whatsoever.
