Good morning , my fiance and i filed the i129f back in november and received NOA1. We included my two youngest children (aged 16) in the application. I have an 18 year old daughter but she didnt want to be included, and wanted to remain living in our country of residence. Now she has changed her mind, will we have to start over again, or can i contact uscis to have her added to the petition. Unsure what to do, and would appreciate some advice.

Then you screwed up the petition. You were supposed to list ALL children on the 129f form regardless of their immigration intent. Then on the online SA-260 form you'll list which of those you want to have a K-2 visa. There is no way unless you receive an RFE, to add to the process. Plan to contact the Embassy when you get to that stage and send them an updated 129f form......or better still, schedule an INFOPASS appointment to get your updated 129f on file.
