My fiancee went to his interview this morning. He said all went well until at the end of the interview they didn't give him an approval or denial but rather a vawa pamplet and a 212 G because he didn't have the medical documents. When he made the appointment the doctor said $60. Then she said she needed an additional $120. Then the day of the appointment she said she needed and additional $60! I told my fiance don't pay her anymore money because she's essentially extorting money from him for a profit and he's too polite and well mannered to argue with her. I explained to him that he should get the medical results at the of the end of the exam. This doctor however, one on the list of doctors by the embassy's choice, told him she would deliver the results to the embassy. He insisted on doing it herself but she assured him that the results would be there in time. When he explained this to the embassy, they were oh ok, we'll take care of it. Just wait for us outside the embassy. There was another couple doing their K1 appointment as well and they had the same issue with the same doctor. So what now? Has this happened to anyone else? He wants to contact the doctor but worries he risks the chance of angering her and her changing the results if he asks for a refund for her ruining our interview. If we wait on the embassy, this is not a priority for them so nothing may happen on their end. Of all the possible outcomes, we did not see or plan for this evil doctor practically giving us a coronary as we wait yet again for the outcome of our visa.

The doctor can not change result because if he want to change the resultant he needs justification your fiancé will lost nothing if. He tray try to go to doctor office and explain the situation

He should request to pick the results up from the doctor himself and verify if all of the test results are complete. That sucks that she said she'd meet him outside and never showed up!

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

Sorry to hear about that happening to your fiancé. Your fiancé should either call the doctors office in which case the receptionist will answer so he would have no direct contact with the doctor, or personally go in there. She cant change anything as she is not the only doctor in casablanca. May I please know the name of the doctor? My husband will be going to his interview Soon and would love to avoid this doctor.

The Abdelouahed Ambari is the name of the doctor. Do not go to him. He is a terrible doctor. He has still not taken our papers to the embassy and refuses to give them to us.

That is insane.. especially for demanding more money from your fiancé! Im sorry this is happening. I wonder why he is doing this? Can you try to get ahold of the embassy? Hope you guys find a solution! Who would have ever thought through the whole visa process this would be the last bump in your road. ??
