Hi y'all i have a question is there by any chance i can go to a page to download the medical forms

I don't believe there are medical forms, you just print out the confirmation page for your interview date to show the doctors that the medical exam is for the visa, at least this is how it is for DR, they need proof before the exam. Not sure if this differs for JA, maybe someone who went through the process with JA can answer the question better. Good luck!

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

The "appointment letter" is your interview letter that states you have an interview for the visa. This is what they need to perform the medical exam. They don't fill out forms, just need the appointment letter.
