So my husbands DS260 has these questions but we r sort of confused:

1. Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

- He still hasnt received any vaccinations because they havent asked him for it. So we are not sure what to put on there.

2. Do you seek to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor but have not yet been certified by the Secretary of Labor?

-What do they mean by unskilled or skilled labor and when does he have to be certified by the Secretary of Labor ?

PLEASE HELP !!!! ???

I dont know about the second point, but for the first one, you can safely select the option "no"... That in turn will open up a text box for filling the explanation and you may write that you do plan to complete the vaccination requirements and produce the proof/documents at the time of interview.

I did the same and it doesn't affect proceedings on your application.

The first question you can say no, and explain he will get the vaccinations at the medical.

The second question is asking if he plans to work in a trade or other job that requires certification but doesnt have that certification. Most likely the answer is also no.
