Interview instruction: letter or email?

My case was finally completed on Dec. 13 and I want to know if NVC is going to send a letter with the interview date by mail and/or by email? And I'm assuming only the principal applicant is getting this letter?

Just want to know what to look out for and I'm not always home to check mail.

The emails you have on file with NVC will get the Interview letter. If you have no email on file with NVC (I pray not) then you would get snail mail. I would highly advise you to call them and give them both beneficiary and petitioner if that was the case.

Once February scheduling starts if you are in line to get an interview you will get a letter.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.
