Moving my stuff 14 months later

Hi All: I'm a K1-based green card holder of 14 months, currently back in Canada for the holidays and organizing a move of my stuff in storage here. I'll be using Upack and am filling out form 3299 Declaration for Free Entry of Unaccompanied articles. I'm assuming that all the info they want regarding date and POE, and residency status is all as of the date of my original POE and not my current travel plans and residency status. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks

We you have 10 years to move your stuff so I'm not sure how telling them your current residency status would harm, but maybe make sure you give them "residence since" date?
