Sending the AOS package tomorrow, please take a look guys!

Hi, everything is ready and we are sending the I-130 with I-485 tomorrow, I am anxious because I don't want to forget anything, could you guys please take a look at my last checklist? I really appreciate it.

P.S: We are both residing in the US, I came here as an F-1 student in 2011, married last June.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Enclosed please find all forms and supporting documents for packages I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) and I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) in the following order.
1. I-130 Package
a. Cover Letter (Petitioner)

b. Required and supportive I-130 documents

1. Money order for I-130 filing fee

2. Completed and signed form G-1145

3. Completed and signed form I-130 with notes

4. Completed and signed form G-325A and a photograph (petitioner)

5. Completed and signed form G-325A and a photograph (beneficiary)

6. Copy of petitioner’s birth certificate

7. Copy of our marriage certificate

8. Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate and passport

9. Proof of a bona fide relationship

A short summary of our story

Rental agreement

Joint bank account

Proof of old address

Letters from family/friends

Photos of us
