I am in the process of moving while my I-129F can be processed any day now. If I inform uscis of the change of address can that delay anything??? Also what's the better way to change address? Phone or online? Anyone with similar experience please reply. Thanks!!

Who is moving--the USC or the foreign beneficiary? If the USC then all you really need from the USCIS is the NOA2 stating that the I-129F petition has been approved. I would set up an INFOpass appointment to get the address changed in person and make certain you get documentation. If it is not too much trouble I would also set up a vacation hold on mail at the old address and go and pick it up every 3 weeks until the NOA2 arrives. If it is the beneficiary, nothing needs to be done as all contact is done via e-mail these days and as long as the e-mail address is valid you are fine. Once the beneficiary enters the US, they need to inform the USCIS of any address change within 10 days using the AR-11 on-line form. The USC and any other sponsor completing the I-864 must also notify the USCIS of an address change using the I-865 form.

Good luck,

Dave
