So I've been checking the CEAC website and logging into the account we set up with the embassy at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ . CEAC keeps saying "Ready" and check back in 2 days and the embassy's website says that they still have my fiance's passport. I checked again today and the embassy's website says "document delivery information" where it used to say that they had the passport. So I thought I would check 2go and see if they had anything on their website. But their website is down, is that just the Philippines?

Just call them directly via phone.

I was in PI in November dealing with the same BS you are dealing with now, 2 Go customer service was able to track our Visa Delivery, and their website was not accurate, nor were there text.

That is a new one. I am sure they are getting tons of phone calls about visas. It might be interesting to tell the person you speak to at 2GO that you will be contacting the embassy in regards to these "additional charges", as there isn't supposed to be any ;), you might get a more positive response from 2GO after that... just a thought.

I am surprised when I called to go and they told me that, I stopped and just waited for anybody who experienced the same thing.

And yes, one applicant who is also waiting for his visa called 2go and was told the same thing.

Hello guys AP here too. My interview was on last December 11th. Got 221g but already complied after a week. Date of updated status also changed after complying. Hoping to hear good news soon. Good luck to us and happy new year :)
