Hi everyone,

A few days ago, I filed for I-130, I-765, I-485, I-131, I-864, G-325A together (filing for AOS because of marriage. current status: H-1B, working in US). I purchased a DIY kit, which clearly had inaccuracies. I only sent 6 passport-sized photos of mine, 2 each for I-131, I-765 and I-131. I realized now that I was supposed to send another photo for I-130.

1) Will my entire application be rejected or will I receive an RFE to send the additional photo?

2) I also read on another thread of VJ that 4 copies of G-325A should be included when all these forms are being filed concurrently. I only sent one copy each of my G-325A and my spouse's (US citizen). Will I receive an RFE for this too?

3) How much delay does an RFE usually add?

If anyone has experience or knowledge of this, please let me know, it'll be of great help. Thanks!

Don't worry, you are being paranoid. Your photo will be scanned into digital images for profiling. They are not even use your picture for the card, they will use the one you take at biometric appointment. Good luck.
