I-864 blank spaces

Ok one question about "famous blank spaces"

At address questions, do I fill N/A for "Province","State" questions to be on the safe side, or leave it blank? In my country we do not have Provinces and States.....

I was looking around the forum and found that I should fill first box with N/A at PART3,Family member1, PART6,Person1 and PART9 first box. Is this still recommended ?

Hmm we will fill the first box of every Q that is not applicable for us with N/A....

Right now I was talking with the guy at NVC and he said that we have to fill ALL question boxes which are not applicable to us with N/A. (like Family Member,etc)

Is he serious? If you ask me this is insane

Hi Frips did you end up filling every blank space with N/A? We didn't do this and I'm a bit worried now.

we are still thinking what to do......but again user mofatsd left them blank and did not get checklist....who knows :/
