75 days before my 2 years conditional card expire. today we just sent our packet through UPS carrier,our packet contains:

· Payment of 590 w/ Biometric fee

· Cover letter

· Form I-751

· Copy of green card front and back

· Copy of our birth certificate

· Copy of our Marriage Certificate

· Copy of our joint tax returns for 2012 & 2013

· Copy of updated AAA life insurance showing wife as beneficiary and daughter as contingent beneficiary

· Copy of health insurance card

· Copies of our two cars showing joint ownership, Nissan 1 & Nissan 2

· Copies of our two cars registration Nissan 1 & Nissan 2

· Copies of joint utility bills PG&E energy statement

· Copy of debit card & void check showing same number from Bank 1

· Copies of joint bank statement from Bank 1

· Copy of debit card & void check showing same number from Bank 2

· Copies of joint bank statement from Ban2

· Copy of joint credit card from Bank of America

· Copy of joint credit card from MACY’S

· Copies of our paycheck showing same address

· Copy of driver license, drivers permit and identification card showing same address

· Letter from apartment office stating wife is a resident

· Copies of wife medical record m

· Copy of our daughter Birth Certificate and Medical Record

· Pictures spanning the entire time from our wedding and until present time

· Vacation itineraries

· Sworn statement from family and friend

· A signed affidavit from both of us detailing our married life to date and Magazine showing same address

and we lost our UPS receipt to track the package :cry2:

Looks very good! I wouldn't worry! I know the missing receipt will make you worry but please try to think positive!!!

11/25/2013 ~ NOA 1 receipt date 11/20/2013

12/02/2013 ~ Biometrics appointment 12/26/2013

12/26/2013 ~ Biometrics appointment done

09/12/2014~ Approved - Card in Productioin

09/15/2014~ Letter of approval received

09/20/2014~ Card received....yipiiiiieeeee

Looks very good! I wouldn't worry! I know the missing receipt will make you worry but please try to think positive!!!
