We've been in AP for 6 months and finally received a second interview date for next week. This was with the help of my Congressman. When my husband returns to the embassy, will there be any fees to pay? I paid all the fees last time, but my mind set is since we were in AP, no new fees. I've emailed the embassy to ask but would like to hear from others.

You really will have to wait and see. Not sure if they will make you pay the difference of the new NVC fees that went up September 12, 2014. since its been 6 months also his medical would meed updating for US entry purposes if approved. So its really a go to interview and they will instruct him all they want from him.

Praying for you Pascanda I know this has been a very long journey for you two.

Happy for you , Iam in AP , pls can you give me some clue how congress man or woman can help , the paper I was given , it's mark AP AND I NEED ANOTHER INTEEVIEW .

Have you contacted them and asked for their assistance? you won;t know unless you ask. Every states congressmen/Senator is different some more active then others. Why not call fill out the form and start the ball rolling and see what happens.

Doesn't mean you will get an interview but you never know. Many times they can at least look into things and sometimes get you information on why the delay. Sometimes.

Hi Pascanda,

Did they ask you to get another medical before coming to the interview? Just curious?

You are in our prayers!!!! You will be together soon! :)
