I applied to remove condition on my Green Card with my wife in August, I also had my bio-metric since September. Recently I have been having prb with my wife and she asked me to move out of the house. I haven't heard anything concerning my application but I am afraid she might decided not to follow me if i'm being ask to come for an interview. Please advice

I've heard of this going both ways. I some cases they'll require you to file a new ROC form should it come to an interview. In other cases they have checked off the divorced box in the interview and gone ahead that way. If the marriage has been terminated by the time the interview arrives, bring the divorce papers with you. If its in process, bring copies of the notice or papers filed to divorce. If no interview comes up, you could likely skate through on the papers already filed. Just make sure you update your address with USCIS. Sorry about your marriage falling apart.
