Message frm the agent of the embassy thru call(Dec 8,2014)

Hi,just called the embassy.The guy that i spoke to told me to come to the embassy on Dec 12 and present my appointment letter as of Dec 8,2014.

Has anyone here called the embassy with the same intruction as mine?pls share.thank you
